A new stock office project will be completed in Lasnamäe, at Betooni Põik 8, by the end of 2025.

The offered space is located on the third floor of the building and is 586,3 m² in size.

The third floor is accessible via two freight elevators in the building, each with a lifting capacity of 1 ton. The floor load capacity is 750 kg/m². The room height is 2.9 meters.
