Hepsor’s subsidiary has signed long-term lease agreements with Maxima Eesti and GYM Eesti and is set to begin the development of a new commercial center in the heart of the Järveküla residential area, at Vana-Tartu Road 49. The planned gross leasable area of the new premium center is 3,500 m².
A Maxima supermarket is planned for the ground floor, and a GYM fitness club will occupy the second floor. We are grateful to Hepsor for the excellent cooperation and the opportunity to assist in securing high-quality tenants. Achieving 88% occupancy even before the design phase is exceptional and reflects strong anchor tenants’ confidence in the area’s dynamic growth potential.
Design work will commence shortly, with construction scheduled to begin in 2026. The opening of the building is planned for summer 2027. There is still flexibility to slightly expand the building and tailor the layout to meet tenants’ specific needs.
