Construction of KORU Business Park has officially commenced, marking the arrival of a new commercial hub on the border of Tallinn, in the heart of a rapidly developing area. The first anchor tenants, GYM! and PadelStar, have already been secured, underlining the project’s strong market appeal across retail, services, sports, warehouse, and commercial space segments.
KORU Business Park is being developed in a fast-growing location on the outskirts of Tallinn, where more than 3000 new homes are currently planned in the surrounding area. The concept combines retail units, sports facilities, service spaces, and logistics areas, offering businesses the opportunity to position themselves where their future customers are already moving today.
The development will deliver a total of 20 000 m² of commercial space, completed in phases. The project is led by KIN Kinnisvara OÜ, with construction scheduled to begin in summer 2026 and the first building expected to be completed in the second half of 2027. The launch of construction represents a significant milestone for the area and clearly positions KORU as a future key commercial and service destination near Tallinn.
The strength of the project is further reinforced by its first anchor tenants. GYM! and PadelStar will bring well-established and in-demand sports and leisure services to KORU Business Park, enhancing the overall attractiveness of the area for both visitors and future tenants. Their presence lays a strong foundation for a dynamic and well-integrated commercial environment.
