A new production building with a total area of 2,000 m² is rising in Maardu Industrial Park. The building is divided into four separate production units ranging from 390 to 572 m².

Each unit features an 8 m high production area, along with office and utility rooms spread over two floors.

The available unit has a total area of 563.9 m²:

Production area: 493.3 m²
1st floor office: 33.1 m²
2nd floor utility rooms: 35.5 m²
All units are equipped with:

5 x 4.5 m lifting doors
Overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 4.9 tons
Industrial-grade electricity
There is ample space in front of the building for parking and maneuvering large vehicles.
Public transport with a green card makes 62 stops per day at the end of Kärmu Street.

The building will be completed in December 2025.
