Arter is an innovative business quarter with a fresh concept located in the heart of Tallinn. The quarter will be completed in autumn 2024 and consists of 28, 15, and 9-story buildings, connected by a central building with a parking facility.

The environmentally friendly, nearly zero-energy buildings are designed and constructed according to the international BREEAM Excellent standard. Energy piles and remote cooling are used to cover the buildings' cooling and heating needs, and the quarter will be served by 11 elevators.

In front of the quarter's buildings, there will be a city square, and on the rooftop terrace of the 15-story office building, a 500 m² urban garden. Behind the buildings, there will be a park on the former Härjapea riverbed area, open to all city residents.

The two-story underground parking and parking facility will provide a total of 470 parking spaces, a car wash, and Estonia's largest indoor bicycle parking with a capacity for 90 bicycles, including a bike wash and repair area, and changing and shower rooms.
