Scandium Park

Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Peterburi tee 1a

6200.00 m2

Scandium Park is a 14-story prestigious green office building just next to Tallinn's city center. The developer, Scandium Real Estate, aims to create an exceptionally environment-friendly and inspiring work environment.

The building will feature a 24-hour gym, multimedia room, café, and a rooftop terrace with a conscious selection of plants - a green garden.

The total rentable area in the building is 6200 square meters. The floor size in the lower part is approximately 870 square meters, and in the tower part, it is 520 square meters, which can be divided into several small offices.

Due to its location in one of the highest areas in the city center, most floors offer captivating views of the city and the sea. The high-rise is being constructed according to LEED principles, incorporating numerous environment-friendly and green energy-producing solutions such as solar panels on the roof and facade, smart lighting, and ventilation. The goal is to achieve an energy class at least 10% better than the required A-class in Estonia.

The interior design also follows a green mindset, utilizing modern, nature-friendly materials. The stylistic theme of the spaces is light, incorporating natural wood, textiles, and bright plaster surfaces, creating a cozy work environment. It is a building that inspires and radiates positive energy!

Below the building, there is an underground parking lot, and in front of the building, there are Bolt Drive parking spaces. Naturally, there are free charging stations for electric bikes and scooters, as well as a warm bike room with lockers and shower facilities.

The architects of the building are Indrek Suigusaar and Jaan Jagomägi from the Pluss architecture bureau, and the interior design is by KAOS Architects.

The building will offer offices ranging from 120 square meters to 3000 square meters.

If a green mindset and innovation are important to you, then this office building is for you!

The building is set to be completed in 2027.
