The hangar has a height of approximately nine metres, allowing for the installation of high-bay racking, the placement of large-scale equipment and the efficient use of the available vertical space.

The heavy-duty concrete floors are designed to withstand the weight of heavy machinery, equipment, raw materials and finished products. The premises are therefore well suited for metalworking, mechanical engineering, technical operations, manufacturing or large-scale warehousing.

One section of the hangar is equipped with an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of five tonnes, enabling heavy equipment, components and raw materials to be moved more quickly and safely while reducing the need for manual handling.

PRACTICAL INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

The hangar is unheated, but the building has water and a connection to the district heating network. The property has its own electrical substation, allowing the electrical capacity to be adapted to the tenant’s operational requirements. If necessary, the main fuse for the premises must be replaced. The capacity of the existing fuse is currently being confirmed.

The hangar does not have a sewerage connection, but toilet facilities are available in the neighbouring building. A separate washroom with a toilet can also be rented for an additional charge.
