Maakri Quarter is an A-class business district in the heart of Tallinn. It is a unique combination of modern glass buildings and buildings dating from the beginning of the last century, which were renovated in 2018. The most prominent building in the quarter is a 30-storey office tower.

At the main entrance to the quarter, there is a beautiful lobby. On the 3rd floor of the high-rise building, there is a lunch restaurant with a terrace. The quarter also features the à la carte restaurants HÄRG and Kolm Sibulat, various shops and service providers, as well as an inner courtyard with a green area where people can relax or hold events. Parking spaces can be rented in the building’s parking garage. There are public car parks nearby, including the car park located beneath Rävala Boulevard, through which Maakri Quarter is connected to neighbouring buildings, including Stockmann department store.
